We are seeking Pediatric Physical Therapists to join our We Love Therapy Team! Responsibilities for DPTs: * This position includes supervisory responsibilities, including providing periodic oversight and guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and assisting with patient evaluations. * Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical exams. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and clinical evaluations. * Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. * Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications. * Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. * Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and healthcare standards. * Stay updated with advancements in physical therapy techniques and healthcare regulations. * Promote wellnes...
