**This role requires up to 80% travel to customer sites to support new start\-ups and operational launches. You'll play a key role in preparing sites for go\-live, supporting implementation activities, and partnering with operational teams to ensure a successful launch and customer experience.** * Proven experience executing on\-the\-floor startup, implementation, or go\-live activities, required. * Experience in a data center, server logistics, or high\-tech warehousing environment managing serialized assets and ESD\-compliant handling, preferred. * Strong ability to manage daily floor operations, supervise multi\-shift teams, and drive productivity, safety, and quality metrics. * Proven success supporting facility activations, workforce ramp\-ups, systems deployment, and post\-go\-live performance stabilization. * Working knowledge of high\-precision serialized asset tracking, strict chain\-of\-custody processes, electrostatic discharge (ESD) standards, and specialized IT handling equipment (such as server rack tuggers). * Comfortable working within active construction or dynamic site development environments during facility build\-outs and early\-stage ramping. * Demonstrated ab...
