**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Safety Professional to join our team. The Safety Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices to minimize risks in the workplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, construction and risk management. **8:00pm\-5:00am Night Shift (Mon \- Thursday, \& Sunday)** TSC vehicle and gas card provided **Responsibilities** \- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards \- Conduct on\-site new project plans for each subcontractor before starting work \- Develop the SSSP \- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences \- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve overall safety culture \- Conduct weekly job site safety meetings **Qualifications: REQUIRED** \- One of the following BCSP Certificates: CSP, CHST, ASP, OHST or STS \- Cal/OSHA 30\-hour training course (Construction or General) \- Proven 3 years experience in heavy construction safety \- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and guidelines \- Strong anal...
