The therapist participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. A Physical Therapist II demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and is involved in program development, staff education, student supervision. Also demonstrates emerging leadership skills and mentors department staff.
