**TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a** **Warehouse Lead** **Position in Auburn Hills, MI.** **Overall** **Purpose** Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, ensure safety, optimize efficiency and ensure smooth and efficient logistics Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies \& QMS **Reports to** Site Manager **Responsibilities** **Client relationship \& Business development** * Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel * Communicate daily with various stakeholders at the site level * Ensure clear and transparent communication to clients **Operations** * Assist in the management of the warehouse and warehouse associates in compliance with company's policies and vision * Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing, operational, and personnel policies and procedures * Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts when required * Maintain physical condition of warehouse in accordance with housekeeping standards * Contact suppliers to dispose of nonconformances * Monitor costs related to warehouse operations, including equipment, supplies, etc. * ...
