**Overview** Aggie Brothers Employees, LLC is seeking a dedicated Accounting Operations Specialist to manage and elevate the financial operations of our multi\-entity organization as our first in\-house accountant. In this role, you will take hands\-on operational ownership of day\-to\-day accounting, including multi\-entity accounting, payroll processing, client billing, reconciliations, and routine financial analysis. As our first internal accounting hire, you will work collaboratively with leadership to figure out and refine our internal accounting processes as we grow. Strong professional communication and proactive problem\-solving skills will be essential as you partner across teams to streamline workflows.
