Description: The Inventory Control Analyst and Shipping Receiving Clerk maintains inventory accuracy and supports daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This combined role performs cycle counting, transaction auditing, inventory reconciliation, and root cause analysis while processing receipts, preparing shipment documentation, and coordinating carrier pickups and deliveries. The position works with warehouse operations, production, customer service, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate, timely records in the ERP system (IFS). **Essential Responsibilities** **Inventory Control** * Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits in accordance with established inventory control procedures and count schedules. * Investigate inventory discrepancies through transaction reviews, physical verification, and root cause analysis. * Reconcile inventory variances within the ERP system (IFS) and ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. * Monitor inventory accuracy metrics and communicate trends, recurring issues, and corrective actions to warehouse leadership. * Audit receiving, shipping, production, and warehouse ...
