Now we're looking for an Accounting Manager who holds the numbers behind that work to the same standard. As Accounting Manager, you'll own the full\-cycle accounting function across Silver Falls Capital and its portfolio companies. You'll report to the Controller and direct the day\-to\-day work and outcomes of our accounting team. You'll lead through expertise, priorities, and accountability for results. You'll own the monthly close, keep every entity's financials accurate and GAAP\-compliant, and help integrate new businesses as we acquire them.
