See that the policies, rules, and procedures set forth in all company manuals are correctly followed. Maintain the “Standards of Excellence.” Be familiar with all local, state, and federal government regulations which may relate to the operation of the golf course complex and manage adherence. These may include, but are not limited to, Child Labor Laws, Civil Rights Laws, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Recruit, interview, and select a proper number of quality employees to ensure the golf course complex is adequately staffed to provide, to our guests, at all times, quality service, friendliness, and a clean and safe facility. See that all employment documents (applications, I\-9s, W\-4s, Visas, Work Permits, etc.) are obtained, processed, and filed for each employee. See that all employees are properly trained, have been taught the company procedures, policies, and rules, and has read the employee handbook. See that all cash handling procedures are performed correctly. Keep an adequate supply of balls, pencils, clubs, scorecards, etc. on hand. Keep timely and accurate accounting and budget records.
