We deliver prescriber\-reviewed, pharmacy\-compounded peptide, GLP\-1, hormone and longevity therapies through licensed U.S. prescribers and accredited 503A and 503B pharmacies. THE ROLE We are hiring a part\-time, work\-from\-home Operations and Admin Support Specialist to be the human eyes on our orders and records. You keep orders complete and accurate, follow up with customers and patients, and handle verification and credentialing paperwork. Every task has a written step\-by\-step procedure, and you work with AI tools that help you follow it. WHAT YOU WILL DO Keep orders complete and accurate from payment through delivery, including tracking. Follow up with customers and patients on anything an order is waiting on. Verify identity documents and credential prescribing partners’ licenses and registrations. Work our review queue each shift and report anything that looks wrong.
