The assistant construction manager supports project planning, ensures safety and quality compliance, manages project materials, and assists in budget and schedule oversight. This is a traveling position based in Indianapolis, IN. Per diem and lodging will be provided when not assigned to Indianapolis. Anticipated travel is between 60\-95%. Supervision and Leadership: The assistant construction manager coordinates with the Reiss field superintendent and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. They provide guidance, coaching, and represent the company on\-site, often performing hands\-on construction tasks themselves while tracking project progress.
