**Job Summary:** Reporting to the Global Controller, the Assistant Controller will lead the finance activities for the Semiconductor Fabrications Solutions Segment, including reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, planning, budgeting, and contribute to capital structure strategy. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and year\-end financial data, in accordance with GAAP, and debt compliance. * Maintain a Sarbanes\-Oxley (SOX) Act compliant environment. * Lead the development, interpretation, and reporting of operating financial information, ensure all financial reporting and compliance obligations are fulfilled timely and accurately. * Oversee all general accounting and control activities, including G/L accounting for US entity, month\-end close, and account reconciliation. * Provide analysis of monthly and quarterly results of operations and provide business reasons underlying these results. * Identify deficiencies and provide analysis and recommendations for improvements. * Establish accounting and finance practices and procedures, and ensure adequate systems and controls are in place to support the growth ...
