**Summary** ----------- The Facility Program Manager for Pharmacy Informatics is the medical center's subject\-matter expert and program manager for all pharmacy information systems, automation, data systems, and technology\-enabled medication\-use workflows. The incumbent ensures that the pharmacy's clinical, operational, and inventory\-management processes are optimized, safe, and fully supported by existing and emerging technologies, including the VA's transition to the Federal electronic health record.
