**American Trading International, Inc (ATI)** is currently seeking a **Logistics Coordinator\-Export Documentation** to join our Logistics team in Los Angeles, CA. American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) is a service\-oriented export trading company that brings U.S. food and beverage products to more than 80 markets worldwide. We are looking for a detail\-oriented Logistics Coordinator \- Export Documentation to support accurate, compliant, and timely international shipments. **What You’ll Do** * Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, FDA documents, and country\-specific export documents. * Track document and order status to meet customer, carrier, and internal deadlines. * Follow customer SOPs and international export\-documentation requirements. * Coordinate with Sales, customers, carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and internal teams. * Identify documentation discrepancies and escalate delays or compliance risks. * Support FDA filings, notarizations, legalizations, certificates, and telex releases. * Maintain complete, accurate, and audit\-ready shipment records in SAP. * Process documentation amendments and post\-shipment c...
