### **Position** Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Manager to join the team. As an Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Store Director in leading and mentoring the team. You will proactively encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards Clients and team members. ### **Job responsibilities** As an Operations Manager, you will ensure business opportunities are improved through efficient sales floor management. In partnership with the Client Care team members, you will facilitate flow of repairs to ensure the aftersales critical metrics are achieved. With your operational expertise, you will handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion.
