**Production Coordinator \- Scheduling and Field Operations** Are You the Person Who Can Keep a Fast\-Moving Operation Organized? High Regard is looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Coordinator to help coordinate the daily operation of our growing tree\-care company on Oahu. Every day, multiple crews, trucks, chippers, aerial lifts and other equipment need to be matched with the right jobs, people and schedules. Your job is to help make sure the right crew gets to the right job with the right equipment at the right time. This is not simply a receptionist or data\-entry position. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving scheduling problems, communicating with multiple people, staying ahead of details and keeping a fast\-moving operation organized. If you have experience in dispatching, scheduling, construction, landscaping, logistics, transportation, field service, fleet operations or another multi\-crew environment, your experience could translate extremely well to this position. **What You'll Be Responsible For** You'll work closely with our Production Manager, Fleet Manager, Sales team, Customer Service team and field crews to keep production moving.
