Base pay 50K to 55k Annually plus $6k Guaranteed Catering Bonus \+ Perfomance Bonus 6K POSITION SUMMARY The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, with food safety, guest safety, operational excellence, and team leadership as the highest priorities. The General Manager leads the restaurant team, drives sales and profitability, maintains Qdoba standards, develops employees and managers, and creates an exceptional guest experience. This position requires a hands\-on leader who holds themselves and their team accountable while building a positive, high\-performance culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1\.
