**About the Role:** Join CBRE and support one of our premier clients in theindustrial sector. This onsite Facilities Manager position is based in RanchoCordova, CA, where you will oversee approximately 30,000 square feet ofwarehouse and office space while also providing remote oversight of smallerwarehouse facilities in Fremont and Pleasanton. As the primary facilities lead, you will be responsible forensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across the portfolio. Thisrole requires a strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) background,with the ability to serve as the go\-to resource for troubleshooting,maintenance coordination, and facility system performance. In addition to thetechnical aspects of the role, you will manage budgets, oversee vendorperformance, coordinate service providers, and maintain strong partnershipswith both the client and CBRE stakeholders.
