**The Opportunity:** We are seeking to hire a Marketing Specialist. This individual works with the Director of Marketing \& Development to increase the organization’s visibility by managing the brand image and the design of marketing materials, developing and implementing high\-quality special events, and creating and executing internal and external communications plans. **What You’ll Do:** Marketing/Communications/Outreach * Marketing partners: Collaborate with and coordinate with marketing and advertising partners. * Social media: Develop and execute engaging, platform\-specific written content for all social media channels (e.g., captions, threads, short\-form copy) that drives interaction, awareness, and fundraising goals; manage interaction with social media audiences. * Newsletters \& email: Draft, edit, and manage content for regular internal and external newsletters, ensuring clear messaging, accurate information, and alignment with organizational voice. * Public relations: Write and proofread professional press releases, media advisories, and talking points that effectively communicate key organizational news, events, and positions to the media; participate in and track ou...
