Position Summary The Logistics Manager is a key operational role supporting DCSL's growing logistics function. The role specializes in specialized freight movements — coordinating carriers and owning the permitting process for transporting critical data center infrastructure. This position keeps freight, drivers, and schedules moving in a fast\-paced dispatch environment — handling transportation coordination, customer and driver communication, real\-time troubleshooting, and accurate documentation logged in the TMS. If you've worked at freight brokerage, construction logistics, or transportation operations and thrive when things are busy and moving fast, this role is for you. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** Dispatch \& Shipment Coordination * Dispatch drivers and trucks throughout the day, managing routes, schedules, and load assignments. * Coordinate freight movements including LTL, FTL, oversize/overweight (OS/OW) freight, permitted and dedicated loads, oversized dimensional shipments, heavy haul, towing, and specialized equipment moves. * Coordinate delivery schedules for critical data center power infrastructure — including generators, air handling units, switchboards, PDUs, STS, tr...
