**About La Estancia** La Estancia Steakhouse\-Parrillada is a Uruguayan and Argentine steakhouse in the Tangletown neighborhood of Minneapolis (48th \& Nicollet). We cook over a traditional parrilla and serve South American classics like empanadas, chivito and our Parrillada for two, in a warm, family\-style dining room. **The Role** We are looking for a hands\-on General Manager to lead the restaurant day to day, keep service running smoothly and help us keep growing. You will work closely with the owners and be the go\-to person for the team and our guests. **What You'll Do** * Run daily operations: opening and closing, shift coverage and service flow between the dining room and the kitchen. * Hire, train, schedule and lead the front\-of\-house team, and support the kitchen team. * Own the guest experience: reservations, large parties, guest feedback and online reviews. * Manage inventory, ordering and vendor relationships; keep food, beverage and labor costs on target. * Handle cash, POS reporting and end\-of\-day reconciliation. * Make sure food safety, sanitation and health code standards are always met. * Work with the owners on sales goals, events and promotions. **What We'r...
