Description

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily planning of inbound and outbound deliveries, organization of associated shipping documents, and support the warehouse operations as required. This role will require strong organizational skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment daily. * Manage inbound and outbound shipment exceptions (ex. Incorrect quantities, damaged materials, etc.) * Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with contracted carriers * Identify best practices, process changes, operational issues/concerns, and general improvement opportunities * Verify adherence to Dangerous Goods handling and shipping requirements * Utilize SAP EWM to manage goods receipt and goods issue activities * Process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) materials in a timely manner * Maintain standard work documentation * Perform 5 Why analysis on process gaps to identify corrective actions * Work with Supplier Management teams to provide feedback on supplier performance Collaborate with customers to ensure service requirements are being met * * 5\+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics rel...
