Duties Description The NYS Digital and Media Services Center at the Office of General Services seeks a creative professional to serve as the Digital Operations Coordinator. The Public Information Specialist 1 (Digital Content) will function as the Digital Operations Coordinator to assist with coordination and communication for digital and creative projects and campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker that is highly organized and can coordinate and communicate projects across teams from concept to delivery. This role is key in ensuring projects stay on schedule and are user\-focused to improve customer experience. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, with proven expertise in digital content, social media, and project coordination.
