**Description** As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the achievement of business goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment. This is a salary, exempt position supporting a single restaurant, or multiple restaurant locations based on experience and ability, in our Northern California area. Our restaurants are located in North Beach, Union, Hayes Valley and Berkeley. You are required to take meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy. **Key Duties and Responsibilities** * Report directly to Management and will oversee the restaurant in the absence of the General/Area Manager on site. * Identify and delegate responsibilities to onsite staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved. * Solely responsible for creation and adjustment of the Front of House schedule. * Assist with the creation and/or adjustment of the Back of House schedule. * Adjust staffing in real\-time based on demand. * Delegate an...
