**BRIEF DESCRIPTION** --------------------- The Production controller has the responsibility to manage business performance of microelectronics capital project correctly and properly to operate this business segment robustly. This role can help find the issues on the project in advance and take countermeasures, control acceptance for supplier, ensure the revenue recognition, forecast the revenue/profit, and to grasp the actual result in timely manner. Job Title: Production Controller Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Pay: $60,000\-$70,000 Responsibilities: * Build and visualize project schedules using software tools based on proactively gathered production data. * Track project milestones, business performance, and capital project workflows to ensure alignment with goals. * Spot schedule delays, procurement roadblocks, and financial bottlenecks well in advance. * Report problems to management immediately and collaborate with project members to implement solutions. * Oversee capital project execution to meet scheduled timelines, scope, and target revenue/profits. * Establish monthly revenue, profit, and cash flow forecasts while proposing countermeasures for any variances. * Maintain a st...
