**Nature of Work** ------------------ **\*\*Disclaimer\-this position will be considered classified\-exempt and “at will.”** The **Transportation Financial Specialist 2** will report to the Finance Division. This position performs full\-performance highly specialized work under limited supervision. This position supports the DOT P\-Card Travel Section. Job duties include auditing, approving/rejecting, paying, and maintaining travel expense account settlement forms, Travel Expense Reimbursement (TVE), Travel Authorization (TRAUTH), and Travel Expense Reimbursement within E\-travel (TRER) documents, as well as providing related assistance. P\-Card duties involve creating and processing Procurement Card Administration (PCC) document requests for new and existing P\-Card maintenance; reviewing, auditing, and paying P\-Card transactions on the Unprocessed Procurement Card Activity (PRCUU ) table; correcting Purchasing\- Card Payment Request (PRCC) errors; running reports; creating and maintaining spreadsheets; ensuring cardholder training is completed and maintained; and providing assistance to cardholders and sub\-coordinators across the state.
