**Job Title:** Per Diem Supportive Housing Tenant Resource Counselor **Business Unit:** Supportive Housing **Reports to:** Program Manager **FLSA:** Non\-exempt **Classification:** Part\-time **Grade Level:** None Assigned **Salary:** $35\.00 / hour (not to exceed 15 hours per week) **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Summary/Overview:** Per Diem Tenant Resource Counselor (PDTRC) is an on\-site position in Supportive Housing sites that BSHC has contracted with housing authorities/privately owned housing developments to provide assistance to all residents to age in place and make lifestyle changes that improve the quality of their lives. The PDTRC will support the ability of all tenants to continue to live where they are safely and appropriately and facilitate linkages and referrals to all levels of community based services and monitor delivery of services. PDTRC assists residents with appointments, community referrals, coordinating services with external agencies, arranging transportation and translation services and is responsible for arranging and coordinating all supportive housing program activities.
