The Clark County Information Technology department is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Management Analyst I/II position. This position is working for the Cybersecurity Risk \& Compliance team and part of a multi\-year strategic initiative to mature the County’s cybersecurity program. We are looking for highly analytical, detail\-oriented individuals to support governance, risk, and compliance functions essential to strengthening the County’s cyber posture. This role is designed for individuals with strong analytical, organizational, and communication capabilities—even if they are new to cybersecurity—who are eager to learn and grow in a high\-impact environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and excels at tracking details across multiple workstreams, demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem\-solving skills, communicates clearly—verbally and in writing—and adapts information for technical and non\-technical stakeholders, and thrives in a collaborative, team\-oriented environment and contributes positively to a growing cybersecurity program.
