About the Position We are an established architectural woodwork and custom millwork company based in Coconut Creek, Florida, seeking an experienced Production Manager / Shop Foreman to lead the day\-to\-day operations of our millwork shop. This is a hands\-on leadership position for someone with strong experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, woodworking, and shop production. You will be responsible for keeping production organized and moving—from approved drawings and materials through fabrication, assembly, quality control, and preparation for delivery and installation. We are looking for someone who can lead people, organize workflow, maintain quality, solve production problems, and take ownership of the shop floor.
