**Position Summary:** The Virtual Care Center is a means of providing rapid access for patients who have an acute medical condition and need a same day appointment with a clinician using telehealth. The **Virtual Care Center Registered Nurse** supports prioritizing acute patients, ensuring patients are seen in a timely manner, monitor the provider's template to facilitate patient flow.**.** The RN is instrumental in ensuring our patients receive quality care via telemedicine. This is a remote (work from home) position, however incumbents must be comfortable with coming onsite in Bronx based locations as needed. **Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required. * NYS Licensed Registered Professional Nurse. * 1\-2 years of direct clinical experience in a primary care environment working with adults and children. * Bilingual English/Spanish required. * Previous experience/expertise using electronic health records is a must. * Ability to thrive in a telemedicine environment. **Key Duties:*** Triages patients based on acuity and ensure they are seen within a timely manner. * Monitors call center template for pediatric and adults and discharged patients. * Management...
