**Project Manager I** Mortenson is seeking an experienced **Project** **Manager I**to lead projects with professionalism, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment. This role involves managing project quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES*** Manage overall financial health of projects * Support and lead EPC contract negotiations, including technical exhibits and project schedules * Lead vendor procurement and bid/award phase for major subs and suppliers * Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections * Allocate project estimate into financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices * Provide financials and billings to accounting, create monthly owner billings * Manage subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budget and selections of trade partners * Handle billings, contract management, and change orders * Manage and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, approve timecards, provide feedback **QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or...
