**JOB DESCRIPTION** Join our Americas Current and Emerging Markets Product Control team, where you'll partner with diverse colleagues to deliver impactful financial insights and drive business growth. You'll help shape a strong control environment and support evolving governance requirements across Latin America trading desks. As a Product Control Lead in the Americas Current and Emerging Markets team, you will oversee daily P\&L and risk reporting for multiple Latin America trading desks, including Mexico and Colombia. You'll lead a geographically distributed team in New York and Buenos Aires, delivering high\-quality financial insights to desk leadership and senior Finance.
