Duties include day\- to\- day operational oversight, work assignments, hiring and performance coaching of team members involved in the program(s), expense management, and regulatory compliance with the programs. The program administrator will partner within the human resources team to deliver robust talent acquisition programs to the organization. This requires a balance between independent management of a program and the needs of operational leaders.
