Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee\-owned, closed\-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. **The Day\-to\-Day** -------------------- * Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow * Hire, train and support your pharmacy team * Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance * Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations * Oversee inventory and controlled substances * Work directly with prescribers, nurses, caregivers and healthcare partners * Build relationships with local agencies and providers * Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows **What Matters Here** --------------------- We're looking for someone who knows pharmacy and knows how to lead people.
