**Job Description** ------------------- Performs difficult professional work related to design, construction, and inspection of construction and land development projects. This position is responsible for reviewing development plans, plats, construction cost estimates, specifications, and construction unit pricing. This position also inspects and monitors construction projects, and approves/denies developer securities requests associated with public improvements. Work is performed under general supervision. May supervise technical and/or clerical personnel. The hiring range for this position is $84,448\.00 to $116,126\.40 annually based on experience.
