The New Home Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing online sales contacts and telephone inquiries for homebuilder. The New Home Specialist will be a lead generator and the first point of contact for incoming corporate leads. The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to, scheduling direct appointments with respective community sales representatives.
