Job Description **Your role** ------------- Manage the daily operations of warehouse to ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out by a high level of accuracy. Optimize warehouse space and storage layout for maximum efficiency. Motivate the team to achieve high productivity and quality standards while adhering to safety and compliance regulations. Ensure that operations in warehouse meet requirements of production lines and maintain customer service levels in a safety and compliance way, and communicate effectively with operations \& other team to meet supply chain needs and contribute to the business goals and strategies. Warehouse Management * Responsible for controlling warehouse activities including general operations(receipt,storage,replenishment and delivery), safety, cleanness, security, inventory control. * Maintain/develop measurements to ensure all KPI’s within warehouse are met, eg. Stock accuracy rate. * Manage and control regular stock takes.
