What they need is a driver. That's you. You live cannabis. You know the products, the strains, the culture \- what's moving on shelves and on feeds before everyone else catches on. You can talk terps with a budtender, clock a competitor's new drop the week it lands, and spot the display that's winning the room from the doorway. And you've grown a brand before \- so you know growth doesn't happen in decks. It happens door by door, SKU by SKU, shelf by shelf. That's how you'll run these two brands: the right placement in the right doors, marketing materials that are on point, every merchandising opportunity pushed through, and a sharp position for each brand.
