**Business Manager** **position Description:** Updated 10/2026 **Reports to:** Lead Pastor **Hours:** This position is an exempt, salaried 20 hours per week position with time off. Weekly hours can be split between office and remote, to be decided upon with Lead Pastor and SPRC Human Resources team. Some evening and weekend meetings required. **Purpose:** To provide financial services to church members and professional church staff including: the maintenance and use of appropriate accounting and payroll systems; the preparation of standard accounting and HR reports, as required; and the preparation and submission of reports and records required by the Mountain Sky Conference and the State of Colorado. **Position Requirements:** · A minimum of three to five years of full or part\-time accounting experience in a public or private setting of a size comparable in comprehension and requirements to those of AUMC, with preferred experience in a non\-profit organization. · Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel and Shelby Financials, Subsplash or other church software. · Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and precision in fund\-based accounting, account rec...
