**What to Expect** Tesla is seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to join our Charging Engineering team. This role will focus on advancing Tesla’s cutting\-edge charging technologies, including Supercharger, Megacharger, and related products. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, optimization, and execution of charging infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration with Tesla energy products and grid systems. They will support innovation in charging solutions while upholding Tesla’s standards for safety, efficiency, and scalability. **What You'll Do*** Perform structural analysis and design for industrial \& commercial building and non\-building structures, mechanical and electrical equipment and their components, solar PV structures, and retaining structures * Apply provisions of ASCE 7 and IBC structural codes to determine seismic, wind, snow, dead, and live load demands on structural systems * Utilize material codes for structural steel, cold formed steel, welding, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood and aluminum (AISC 360 , AISI S100, AWS D1\.4, ACI 318, TMS 402, NDS, and ADM) * Support design of shallow concrete foundations (mats, spread footings, grade b...
