Duties * Greet and assist guests throughout the night with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience. * Manage front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing, with accuracy and efficiency. * Complete nightly audits of financial transactions, verify billing accuracy, and prepare detailed reports for management. * Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to uphold exceptional service standards. * Maintain hotel security by monitoring access points and conducting periodic patrols of common areas. * Answer and direct calls using proper phone etiquette on a multi‑line phone system. * Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the night. * Document all overnight activities through clear shift notes, incident reports, and audit logs.
