Description

The Business Solutions Manager is dedicated to the creation, operation, iteration and management of key enterprise systems within the mortgage operation at RoundPoint and the oversight of these business solutions and acts as a key coverage point for operational groups and leaders. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction and management of technology solutions and key system sourcing, administration and technical operation of systems and technology solutions used by our customers and internal operations. Working with internal and external stakeholders, this position will be responsible for setting goals, identifying solutions and sourcing external relationships to provide value added solutions. The Business Solutions Manager reports to the SVP of Enterprise Systems and Solutions. This role works closely with key business leaders and leadership of clients, vendors and the balance of the organization to build strong working relationships to achieve goals.
