We are seeking a detail\-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will support month\-end close with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation and a commitment to accuracy. **Duties** * Perform account reconciliations including balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness. * Record journal entries, accruals, to close the month. * Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks * File sales and use tax reports. * Communicate with property to track jobs **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Experience can substitute for Education. * Experience with financial accounting * Knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting concepts. * Proficiency with financial software such QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Office Suite. Should be comfortable in Excel * Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations accurately.
