**PROPERTY MANAGER** A leading Commercial Real Estate company is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina for a two\-property portfolio of light industrial (flex/warehouse) of over 350,000 square feet. The properties are located predominantly in Southern Charlotte. The Property Manager will oversee and coordinate all property management, tenant relations, maintenance, and construction activities for the portfolio. They will share 1 Building Engineer with direct input to the corporate team for Property Management, Asset Management and Engineering. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** · Negotiate and development Service Agreements to manage and maintain each property. · Set Property Management and Operational standards for performance, curb appeal for all projects. · Develop Operating and Capital budgets. · Contract with vendors regarding property operations.
