**Job Title:** Materials Coordinator III \[C] **Compensation:** $29\.21–$39\.71/hr **Location:** 600 W. Illinois Avenue, Midland, TX 79701 **Schedule:** Open to 5/2 (8\-hour days) or 9/80 **Target Start Date:** 10/7/26 **End Date:** 10/6/27 **Scope** **Processes*** Follow established material management processes. Communicate and provide input for opportunities that improve accuracy and efficiency across yards and warehouses, including training employees and contractors. * Participate in process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance material tracking. * Ensure operational integrity by coordinating workflows, assisting and mentoring team members, and validating documentation for material movements. * Investment Recovery: Follow current procedures to identify, collect, communicate, track, and complete material sales. **Tracking / Validation*** Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking material movements, working with Finance/Supply Chain, performing physical counts, reconciling discrepancies across multiple storage locations, and updating records in SAP inventory systems. * Support material handling and logistics by assisting with receiving, stor...
