Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise risk and issue management activities supporting large\-scale Army/DoD IT initiatives. Identify, assess, document, and monitor program, operational, schedule, and enterprise\-level risks. Develop and implement risk management processes, policies, procedures, and reporting standards. Work with program leadership to develop and track risk mitigation and contingency strategies. Maintain enterprise risk and issue registers and provide regular status updates to leadership. Prepare executive\-level risk briefings, dashboards, reports, and presentations. Develop and enhance risk management dashboards using Power BI and Power Apps. Analyze program data to identify trends, operational bottlenecks, emerging risks, and opportunities. Conduct program reviews and audits to evaluate risk management processes and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with CONUS and OCONUS program teams to establish consistent risk reporting and mitigation practices.
