In this hands\-on mentoring role, you’ll help youth develop practical skills they can use in everyday life, including emotional regulation, coping, communication, problem\-solving, and healthy decision\-making. You’ll build strong relationships with youth, reinforce goals identified by their therapist, and help them practice those skills at home, at school, and in the community.
