Key Responsibilities Multi\-Site EHS Leadership * Lead EHS strategy, priorities, and performance across multiple sites within the Great Lakes Region. * Provide visible leadership, technical direction, coaching, and support to site leaders, EHS professionals, supervisors, and employees. * Establish consistent regional expectations while adapting programs and controls to site\-specific operations and risks. * Partner with operational leaders to integrate EHS requirements into business planning, daily management, capital projects, and change management. * Drive accountability for hazard control, corrective action closure, and sustained EHS performance at all levels of the organization.
