**Job Summary** **NIGHTS \& WEEKEND SHIFT AVAILABLE \- MUST BE PHARM TECH CERTIFIED** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** **\-** Perform responsibilities within point\-of\-sale computer system and perform point\-of\-sale transactions. \- Be knowledgeable of the CT cannabis program and products to be able to communicate effectively to patients. \- Professionally resolve conflict and disputes. \- Promptly and efficiently answer patient concerns and/or questions. \- Establish and maintain great rapport with patients and staff. \- Check in patients under proper protocol standards. \- Facilitate the patient renewal process. \- Assist prospective patients in working through the registration process to become a patient. \- Answer and direct phone calls. \- Answer emails and/or forward to appropriate staff member. \- Provide great customer service to patients and prospective patients. \- Assist in filing and scanning patient files according to the filing and scanning system protocols. \- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines. \- Perform facility cleaning and disinfecting protocols. \- Perform other tasks when assigned by your supervisor. **Education an...
