**Job Description: Associate Project Manager** **Reports To:** Project Manager / Senior Project Manager **Primary Function:** Support Project Managers in delivering tenant improvement and building renovation projects from the planning phase through final completion and delivery to the client. Assist with day\-to\-day project coordination, documentation, and communication while developing the skills needed to independently manage projects relative to budget and schedule. **Education:** A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 1\-3 years of related experience in commercial real estate, construction, or project coordination is preferred. **Qualifications:** § Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and initiative § Detail\-oriented, with the ability to support multiple projects at once § Professional and customer service\-oriented § Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of people, including clients, contractors, and leasing professionals § Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with ...
